If you are unable to undertake your journey, please let us know as soon as possible.
We check our email for reservations each morning and each afternoon.
We can also be contacted via telephone at 504-943-1900.

One of our goals is to make your arrival as easy and
comfortable as possible. In order for us to accomplish that goal,
please be sure to fill in the travel information on this Reservation Form.
This helps ensure we will be here to welcome you
when you arrive in the beautiful Crescent City.

Room rates can very from $150 - $350 per room plus state & local taxes. Please call for current rates.
Also ask about any specials we may be offering.

Bordello Room - 1 Queen size bed -- single or double occupancy
(This bed, however, is pre-1850, so is somewhat shorter than a modern bed.
If you or one of your guests is over six feet tall you may want to choose another room).

Rococo Room - 1 Queen size bed -- single or double occupancy

2 Bedroom Suite - 2 Queen size beds in 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette -- single, double or two couples.
Occupancy not to exceed 4 people - $260 - $350 per night.

Please note: rooms with 2 beds can accomodate 3-4 people.

Deposits, Refunds and Cancellation Policy A credit card is required to secure your reservation.

The amount of the deposit is the first night's room fee per room reserved.

A ten percent service fee will be deducted from deposits.

Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for one night.

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full stay.

We are a small bed and breakfast and the majority of our reservations
are made at least two weeks in advance.

We strive to do the very best for our guests,
making your visit memorable, comfortable and enjoyable.
Antebellum Guest House is a privately owned accomodation.
The owner has the right to refuse service to anyone.
The owner/agent is not responsible for accidents or injury to guests
or for loss of valuables of any kind, such as money, jewelry, electronics, etc.
Registered guests (the person whose credit card and name are used
to make the reservations)are held responsible
for the actions of all guests in their party.
Antebellum Guest House is a privately owned historic home.
There are many unique and irreplaceable items throughout the house and
property. Guests are held responsible for any damages
to the house or property and its furnishings.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the accommodations
that make up Antebellum Guest House.
We do not allow our guests to bring in private guests.
We use registered security keys which are not easily duplicated.
We require a $30 replacement charge for lost room keys.
No smoking is allowed in the rooms or in the main house.
Please try to remember to turn off lights, televisions,
and other items when you leave the house.
Also please unplug electric curlers, hairdryers, curling irons,
the iron and any like items when you leave the house.
These items present a fire hazard when left unattended.
All parking is on the street.
Please notify us if there are any changes in your arrival time
or flight information so we can accommodate you.
